Our program focuses on getting the initial underwriting completed and a lending proposal turned around for you on a five (5) business day basis. It doesn't get better than that. In most cases, once you have accepted a given proposal, final underwriting, credit and asset checks and closing are completed within another five (5) to ten (10) business days.

Fees. There are no fees for making an initial application. We collect a fee (not to exceed $750.00) once you have accepted a loan proposal that is used to defray the underwriting, credit verification and asset verification costs. Fees for our medical accounts receivable factoring program range between 2.50% to as high as 4.00% depending upon the age of the accounts receivable file, customer strength and your expectations for collecting on these accounts. We can even structure a program wherein our lender takes the collection risk (obviously, for a much higher level of accounts receivable discounting) or you continue to take the risk of collecting your own receivables.
