When
it comes to lease abstracting, there is no substitute for Rainmaker. We
strive to make it both affordable and relevant; the operating goal is to

Timing. Most
abstracting projects require less than 5 days to complete and render back to
the client. Rainmaker strives to be done quickly and provide the
information to allow for timely closings of escrow. All
commercial due diligence work is delivered to the client in a convenient
electronic file format - no more waiting on mail delivery and no more reliance
upon second and third generation copies of documents that inevitably become
illegible with each successive copy generation. |
 | Price. Our baseline
abstract is still only $7 per document page reviewed, with a $125 minimum fee
per abstract (how's that for inexpensive?). If the client wants a comprehensive forensic financial
analysis of the lease cash flows, the additional charge is only $1,500.
Document copying and scanning services remain at $1.00 per page for letter and
legal sized documents. You are going to like the convenience of
