Debtor-In-Possession Financing: DIP Loans, Joint-Venture Capital & Priming Lien Mortgages

We may also be able to arrange additional working capital financing to pay down the obligations owed to your unsecured creditors and give you enough breathing space to get the business back on track.  Generally, these transactions are bridge financings - you have no more than two (2) years to get us out of the deal, with one (1) year being likely.  In some cases, we can work the debt service to give you the ability to put significant lease concessions out there to lease up the property and still exit the transaction on time and in much better shape.

Rainmaker also offers joint-venture opportunities for purchasing non-performing note divestitures (FDIC-insured lenders only) that are funded only by accredited investors and institutional investors.  We have staying power with a supporting network that seeks opportunities for funding in the range of $1 million to $100 million (with a sweet spot range of $5 million to $25 million).
