Post-Construction Phase.  This is funding for a project that is under construction or has completed construction.

Syndications are made to work within the framework of the Reg. D. offering documentation approach and using a syndicate comprised of pre-qualified accredited investors only or in combination with a comprehensive solicitation of all Qualified Institutional Buyers.
